I noticed a clear gap in how wellbeing is approached—particularly for women balancing high performance, leadership, and full lives. Much of the wellness industry still relies on one-size-fits-all advice that ignores female physiology, hormonal rhythms, and the realities of modern pressure. I wanted to create a space that is luxury, science-led, and deeply personalised—where women can optimise health, energy, and focus without pushing their bodies into burnout.

Before moving into health and wellbeing, I had a career in finance, working in high-pressure environments that gave me first-hand insight into the cost of chronic stress on both performance and quality of life. As a busy mum of three, I also understand how essential it is that wellbeing feels supportive, not demanding. This experience led to a strong focus on hormonal health and biohacking—using evidence-based strategies to support energy regulation, cognitive function, and long-term resilience across different life stages.

I’m a qualified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and level 4 Nutritionist, allowing me to take an integrated approach that honours female biology, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle demands. I work with both individuals and organisations, supporting sustainable performance, hormonal balance, and longevity—so women can perform at their best without compromising their wellbeing.
